Introduction to Creators

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, Creators is one of the projects of Dokan Information Technology Company, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with commercial registration number 4030396188. Creators platform is one of the first live streaming tools for creators. It includes all services provided by the platform from desktop programs and mobile applications, creator websites, merchandise, and developer app store, and provides services for content creators to customize, monetize, and improve live streaming. In addition to premium paid services for both viewers and content creators. Creators is a service that allows viewers to send and receive money through payment processors. Our service also features a variety of tools and widgets that can leverage various data from our services, and data from authorized third parties.

Terms and Conditions

The platform's services are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use our services except under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to comply with these Terms of Service.
  • •Our services are also not available to any user previously excluded from the platform's services by the platform.
  • •You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose that violates any laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  • •You must not transmit any mobile viruses, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
  • •A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in immediate termination of our services and suspension of all related matters.
  • •By downloading, installing, or otherwise using Creators services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old, and that your parent or legal guardian agrees to comply with these Terms of Service if you are under 18 years old.

General Terms

  • •We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • •You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided.

Service and Price Modifications

Prices or fees for our services may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Paid Messages

We allow you to send notifications (also referred to as "notes or paid messages") through this service using multiple payment methods. We reserve the right to change these payment methods at any time. We reserve the right to impose restrictions on the number of transactions you can send through our service. When sending notifications, the recipient is not required to accept or acknowledge them. You agree that you will not hold us responsible for any irresponsible or abusive notifications. By sending a paid message to a content creator, you agree that the card belongs to you and authorize us to charge each transaction in full. These charges are non-refundable, non-increasable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be withdrawn or refunded. You acknowledge that you do not receive any goods/services in exchange for these paid messages.

Content Creator Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to collect fees for paid message amounts received. Fees are subject to change without prior notice, and it is your responsibility as a user to follow fee updates and changes. Upon receiving paid message amounts, you are responsible for any chargebacks or disputes that may occur thereafter. We are not responsible for any fees that may be incurred from these chargebacks or disputes. At any time our payment processors determine that you are incurring amounts, your account on the platform may be subject to additional controls, restrictions, or deductions from your balance.
  • •You agree to send any type of identity required to complete a withdrawal request.
  • •Value Added Tax (VAT) of 15% is charged on Creators platform fees.
  • •You agree to pay fees for any withdrawal.
  • •If bank account information and issuing country are incorrect, you are subject to withdrawal delays or account deletion.
  • •If the entered bank account country is incorrect, you will not be able to change it. You must contact technical support immediately.
  • •You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other identifiers.
  • •All transactions and activities conducted under your username and password.
  • •Use or misuse of your username, password, or any other identifiers.

Registration

To register your account to start receiving paid message amounts via credit card, you must provide your personal information (which cannot be changed after registration) and bank account information. To enable withdrawals and transfers from your account, you must provide valid personal and banking information which will be sent for verification to our payment processor. This private information is never stored on the Creators website. You will be required to provide valid government identification if our payment processor requests further verification. Given the use of the service, you agree to maintain correct, accurate, current, and complete registration data and update it.

Security

You agree that a 60-day reserve amount may be calculated on your balance to cover any chargebacks when registering support. This reserve may decrease or increase based on your account history and activity.

Prohibited Content

You may not make available the following types of content. You agree not to upload, download, display, transmit, or distribute any content that is:
  • •Defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, threatening, or that you know to be false or misleading
  • •Invites or encourages behavior that could constitute a criminal offense or lead to civil liability or violate any applicable local, national, or foreign law or regulation
  • •Clearly offensive or promotes or incites racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual
  • •Exploits people in a sexual or violent manner
  • •Contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website
  • •Solicits or is designed to obtain personal information about any minor
  • •Contains information that creates or poses a risk to the privacy or security of any person

Prohibited Behavior

You are prohibited from encouraging others, assisting them, or engaging in the following activities:
  • •Threatening, stalking, harassing, inciting, or calling for harassment
  • •Abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, race, ethnicity, age, national origin, or disability
  • •Using streaming to promote bigotry or discrimination
  • •Using streaming to solicit personal information from minors or to harm or threaten to harm minors
  • •Using streaming or behaving in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations

Personal Information

The membership owner in Creators can delete the membership (delete the account). Please note that this procedure is final, and the account cannot be recovered. In addition, the data used previously cannot be reused in the future. Please note that some membership data is retained to ensure the processing of any future disputes, claims, or lawsuits.
